Who can order your products wholesale?

We of course only sell our wholesale products to businesses. We will need to have proof that you are indeed a business by confirming a tax ID number, sales tax number or a web site store front. If you do not have one or more of these items of proof, but consider yourself a "business", you may contact us to discuss how we will be able to confirm that you are in business and not buying for personal reasons.

Do you have a minimum order policy?

Yes, to order from us wholesale there is a $125.00 minimum order required.

What are the shipping costs?

We will add shipping costs once we process your order, as we must determine the total weight of the shipment before we can provide you with that information.

We will contact you before we ship via eMail and let you know the shipping costs for your order. Then, with your permission, we will charge your account separately for shipping.

If you have a preferred shipping method please let us know. We make every attempt to keep your shipping costs low as we understand that these costs must be factored into your bottom line. Typically USPS is the most cost effective for lighter orders and UPS Ground is better for heavier orders, however we are happy to give you a few options and let you choose.

How do you track shipping?

We will send everything using delivery confirmation and signature required (unless requested to do otherwise). We will eMail you with the tracking number so that you can see when your package is delivered.

Please note that when we use USPS they only provide tracking numbers for overnight orders. Otherwise, it will be a delivery confirmation number which only shows when it was shipped and when it was delivered. The signature required feature will also show who signed for it.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes, if you have an account with UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc. simply provide us with your account number and we will ship your orders using your account. Please note that we will have to charge a flat fee for material and handling costs.

Can I order other items you carry on your other retail sites that are not shown on this one?

Yes, just let us know what you would like to order and we can provide you with a wholesale price as well as a shipping quote.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Absolutely! We are always looking to lower your costs. If you order items in bulk (25 or more units of any item) we will offer a discount. The amount of the discount will depend on the product. Contact us ahead of time if you wish to place a large order and we will review discounts with you then. 1-800-490-8165.

Do you allow for "Net 30" billing?

All first time orders must be paid for in advance of shipment by credit card, check or money order payment. We will then evaluate if we can offer Net 30 terms to meet your needs.
